As serve as a servant leader for our community, I will be dedicating myself to working alongside residents to enhance the quality of life in Oxford and ensure it remains a wonderful place to live and work. As a servant leader, my focus will be on empowering others, providing support, and leading through service rather than authority. I believe that by listening to the needs and concerns of our community, and collaborating to find solutions, we can create lasting, positive change.

A key priority for me will be fostering greater community engagement. I want to ensure that every citizen has a voice in the decision-making process and feels truly invested in the future of our city. This could involve organizing town hall meetings, creating advisory boards, and encouraging residents to actively participate in local initiatives and projects.

I also plan to work closely with local businesses, non-profits, and other stakeholders to tackle the issues that matter most to our community.
